11th December 2022 - Third Sunday of Advent

SERVICES THIS THIRD SUNDAY OF ADVENT

  • 8am BCP Holy Communion and 10:30am Parish Communion
    Bible Readings: Isaiah 35: 1 - 10 and Matthew 11: 2 - 11

  • 3pm to 5pm Drop in for those from the Ukrainian community and their hosts (Centre)

  • 4pm Switching on of our Christmas Tree Lights - a short service of carols and prayers around our Tree as the lights come on, followed by mince pies and mulled wine back in the centre with our Ukrainian friends.

  • 6pm The Longest Night Christmas Service: A service that recognises that not everyone is in a good place at Christmas. A quieter, gentler, reflective ane peaceful service.
